"Reboxed item review: This review covers the “reboxed” way of buying this trailer. The trailer is awesome as many reviews before me have stated. Nothing to add there, but for those of you considering purchasing a reboxed item, I highly recommend it. I was skeptical so I spoke with customer service first. I was told that it’s strictly a damaged box, that all parts are inventoried and inspected, there’s no scratch or dent stuff, and everything is brand new and fully warranted. I gave it a try and everything was perfect! Only the exterior box showed damage and they patched the box up with additional packing materials prior to shipping. All contents were intact and in perfect condition. I was able to buy reboxed accessories too like a spare tire and prop stand. I saved a significant amount of money and am very happy with the overall experience. Ordered on Thursday ... had everything Tuesday!
